Welcome to our space! We are two, ahem, middle aged travelers finding joy in adventures. We are somewhat new to campering (as I call it) and have been at this travel trailer travel thing for just over a year. And what fun it has been! We have stayed in our home state of NC this year getting our feet wet (sometimes quite literally) and we hope to expand our horizons this coming year and head west. And north. And south. You get the idea. We hope you'll follow along!

This is us

Hey that’s us! Over to the left, or maybe below if you’re on a device/phone or whatever your choice of techno gadget is. That’s me (Kim) in all my plaid flannel glory in my happy place: hiking. When we aren't adventuring I am a professional listener, empathizer, and helper by trade. Then there’s my husband Jamie in his happy place-camping with a beverage in hand. He's my travel partner, master backer of the camper, and is a real estate guru/sales master. He's also the decipher-er of ambiguous hand signals made by his loving wife. I am the master of ambiguous hand signals. We also enjoy hiking, home improvement projects and are always planning our next adventure. That's us in a nutshell.

Here's the Travel Trailer Deets

First of all this is our very first camper! We have a 2022 Cherokee Gray Wolf 20RDSE. It's a Forest River product and we just love it. It's a perfect camper for couples and we love the separation of the bedroom and living area that is sometimes hard to find in smaller rigs. We will share more of the inside and space saving hacks in a separate post. Keep a look out!
